1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare, bodycare, haircare, or fragrance products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased on clearance or promotion (unless defective)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us using the details above.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary.

  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

7. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
